DO I NEED A PERMIT?

For extensions and new buildings, you will require a permit, also for most renovations where walls are being moved or the house structure is being changed. If you are building a pergola or carport with a roof, you will also need a permit. A permit is an extra cost on your project, but it gives you piece of mind that your works are legal and safe.

DO I NEED TO HIRE AN ARCHITECT?

It really depends what your vision for your home is. We have industry contacts for both architects and draftsmen and can guide you with which professional services suits your project most.

HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?

We will give you an estimate after we have seen what you are planning. It depends on the size of your project, what finishes you require, even the weather! Rest assured that we work hard to keep your project moving and pride ourselves on our work ethic.

The first step is to get in contact with us. We will make a time to discuss your ideas and present you with a quote to consider. If you already have plans drawn up, we can work on your quote straight away, if not, we can help you find the right people to begin this process.
